Give every reviewer the same questions

A useful review starts with a shared checklist: is the garment recognisable, are important details preserved, and is the crop useful for its destination? Asking the same questions keeps feedback about the work instead of personal preference, which makes decisions easier to explain and repeat.

Separate changes from approvals

When an image needs work, record one concrete change at a time: adjust the pose, simplify the background, or regenerate the garment. Mixing several requests into one vague comment slows the next round. A clear approval state also prevents already accepted images from being reopened accidentally.

Save decisions as references

Keep a small record of approved examples alongside the reason they worked. Future briefs can point to those references instead of describing every preference from scratch. This creates a shared visual vocabulary across teams and makes onboarding much easier as the catalogue grows.
